I had previously bought a book flap type of case for my Ipad, but was unhappy abut the level of screen protection. The Griffin is excellent with all round cover including built in screen protection. The build is excellent and strong and offers excellent protection. The only downside is, if you are looking for something stylish then the Griffin is not for you, it is black and functional or industrial looking. I like the look and protection for the Ipad matters more to me, but it is not for everyone. Highly recommended.
