Ex-Demo phones comes with 12 months seller warranty which covers defects in accordance with ACCC laws, and must be returned to us
Refurbished , Used Phones comes with 90 days warranty which covers defects in accordance with ACCC laws, and must be returned to us
Warranty does not cover softwares, viruses, software modifications, software upgrade…
Items must be returned to us in the original condition without any passcode lock, icloud lock, google account lock and all other kind of lock. No warranty or refund will be issued for the returned locked items.
Data maybe lost during warranty repair process so please delete or backup all your data before sending the phone back.
The warranty will be voided if the phone is found physically damaged, water damaged, misused, modified or attempted modify the original design.
We will not accept warranty if the device was opened or repaired by a third party repairer other than us.
The seller warrants the battery performance is rated for normal consumer use at the time of sale (Above 80% ). Batteries are a serviceable part and their capacity and performance depletes over time with or without use. Lithium batteries must be replaced over time, this is not a defect. The performance of a Lithium battery in a mobile device will vary based on use, proximity to cellular towers, phone setting, display brightness setting, etc. The seller makes no claims to the performance of lithium batteries in refurbished devices or factory seconds. Lithium batteries are a serviceable part which deplete with or without use and may require replacement, this is not a warranty defect.
Return item is at buyer’s cost, please send us an email first that briefly explain the issue and your device model, imei number, we will provide you a Return Number (RN). Please use registered post with tracking number to send the item back with RN . Returned item without RN may slow the warranty process. After receive the item, our tech team will inspect the item to ensure it is eligible for warranty, repair or replacement. Our process is very quick but sometime may take 7-12days. If the item can not be repaired or replaced the full refund will be given.
Change of mind return will be charged 15% for handling and restocking fee. Only brandnew phones are not accepted for change of mind return however you can contact australian manufacture directly for service.
