Tech21 Pure Clear for iPhone XR

at FIRST i didn’t like it because i tried it on my phone and saw the back had bubbles. after a while of trying to get rid of the bubbles i was getting frustrated and took another GOOD LOOK. NOTICE: it has a thin layer of a scratch protector while ot gets to the customer, so just peel it off :) i love it BUBBLE FREE! ( 2nd NOTICE: there’s another thin layer protector inside, so front and back have one.) lol

I bought this because I had a tech21 case on my old iPhone 6. That phone flew off the top of my car at 30mph twice and i was able to trade it in for full value after 4 years. It was in great shape. I also used a zagg screen protector. I wanted the clear case to show the color of my phone. Other members of my family have the clear case and it doesn’t discolor with age

I originally got the Tech21 EvoCheck, which I had previously for four years on my older iPhone. It was a great case that delivered on wholly on protecting my phone after accidentally drops. I found that the EvoCheck for the XR protruded more from the face and made the side buttons difficult to press. So I got this Tech21 Pure Clear instead. Much better, sleeker profile; significantly better button action with this case. I like this a lot over the EvoCheck. However, the EvoCheck is a continuous rubberized material front-to-side, whereas the Pure Clear has an acrylic back (with rubberized sides). I can see why others complained about scratches to the back from daily use -- this is a downside of otherwise lasting acrylic surfaces.
